FINAL REPORTThe 19th session of the Intergovernmental Council of the International Hydrological Programme (IHP) was held at UNESCO Headquarters in Paris from 5 to 9 July 2010. Delegates from the thirty-six Member States that are members of the IHP Intergovernmental Council attended the session. Fourty delegations from Member States that are not members of the Council, ten governmental and non-governmental organizations and five UN organizations and twelve category 1 and 2 water related institutions and centres were represented as observers.
